We are so excited to announce our new partnership with Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective!
From early talks with Lindsay from RMWC, we knew we shared a common vision for the wedding community, and for couples searching for their vendor team. The more we got to know each other and work together, the more we realized that we could elevate each other and our communities. By deferring to each other as the experts in each area, we can offer couples the very best of the mountains and the city.
Through this partnership, Bronte Bride will provide support as RMWC’s exclusive resource for Calgary, providing local wedding inspiration and innovation as well as our large community of exceptional vendors in Southern Alberta. Likewise, the Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective will be Bronte Bride’s exclusive mountain resource!
So if you’re looking for a Banff elopement experience with a Calgary reception, you’ll be referred to the best vendors and venues the region has to offer, from both our communities! And, you might even find some overlap as multiple vendors have joined both the Bronte Bride Vendor Community, and Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective!
About The Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective
The Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective was created to bring the mountain community of wedding gurus together in one place. They’re building a space for creatives and local businesses with a modern aesthetic to connect with couples who want to plan a distinctively personal celebration of their love.
Founded by Dr. Lindsay Copeland, the RMWC community is for vendors who care as much about your wedding experience as you do – people with passion, enthusiasm, and experience who are committed to creating the perfect day with you.
Lindsay is an award-winning photographer based in the area since 2015. Living in the Canadian Rockies has allowed her to grow her passion and document love stories in this inspirational setting. After working with other vendors locally, she saw an opportunity to bring this wonderful collection of people and businesses together. And so, the Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective was born! Now, she’s busy building her dream community of like-minded vendors and creatives to connect couples with the very best we have to offer in the Banff and Canmore area.
What is special about RMWC & what you bring to the industry?
We’re really trying to break down barriers in the industry for both vendors and couples. Our wedding gurus have been selected to be part of the collective because they all bring a modern aesthetic and attitude to their business.
Whether it’s your floral design, your wedding planner, or your venue, we’ve carefully chosen vendors who put top-notch service, creativity, and their clients vision at the heart of everything they do.
What made you want to partner with Bronte Bride?
To be the best Rocky Mountain resource for couples, I believe Bronte Bride fills the gap for wedding inspiration! Rebekah is an amazing designer, creative, and successfully curates content for modern couples. Most importantly, her inspiration is trendy, unique, and realistic. We always prefer to join forces with like-minded communities vs compete for the same goal.
There are also many couples that want to combine mountain ceremonies or elopements with urban receptions. Bronte Bride will be the perfect resource to find modern reception venues and vendors that can serve them the quality they expect, and provide the same experience in Calgary as The Rockies.
Most of all, two minds are always better than one! Combining our passion, brainstorming ideas, and defining our vision together has been so much fun!
What about the partnership gets you most excited?
RMWC is most excited about expanding into the workshop industry. We have photographers who are passionate about teaching and helping other new business owners learn and grow! Partnering with Bronte Bride for Rocky Mountain based True to Hue Workshops will be an exciting new opportunity for many.
We are also excited to be offering 3D Virtual Tours to Bronte Bride and RMWC members below industry pricing. This will help launch both of our resources to the next level and help support many of our valued partners to better serve their inquiring clients during these uncertain times.
A Little About Bronte Bride
Bronte Bride is a creative hub for Canadian brides and vendors alike, to be inspired, educated, and encouraged. Rebekah Bronte, the Founder and Creative Director, has a background in both design and business, and is so excited to bring together the local community and become a top-tier resource for local brides and couples.
From Rebekah Bronte:
“Brontë Bride started because I saw a bit of a gap in Calgary specifically, for a local source of inspiration, community, and intentional collaboration. So I built Brontë Bride to not only be a source of local inspiration, but to help bridge the gap between local brides and vendors, and to be a creative hub where vendors feel welcomed, encouraged, supported, and truly understood.
Brontë Bride’s primary tenets are: inspiration, collaboration, and education! It’s so important for us to truly educate brides and couples, and to educate each other in the industry! You can see this coming to life more recently in our True to Hue Workshops, but my vision for Brontë Bride is to offer workshops and seminars for all kinds of vendors, and to share more and more content on the blog that helps to educate current and future brides!”
We are so excited to be launching our online vendor guide in the coming months, and to bring you fresh, local, and innovative content from the best that Calgary and Southern Alberta, (and now the Rockies!) has to offer.
By partnering with each other, we are able to provide the best resources and vendors from the Rockies & Southern Alberta. Bronte Bride and Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective have a joint vision of providing the best experience and resources to local couples, and we are so excited to be focused on the future of what that looks like!
