Hi! I'm Caroline Lem, pastry chef and owner of Lemonberry. After graduating from the Professional Cooking and Baking and Pastry Arts program at SAIT, I worked through the industry learning and discovering what I truly wanted to create. I started Lemonberry in 2017 with the intent of creating truly flavourful pastries and cakes. Every thing we do is based on how to make our creations taste amazing, and look just as good.
Our creations have a focus on flavour and elegance. We use real, quality ingredients which is reflected in the flavour of our creations; fondant is used at a minimum. Our hand crafted creations have a natural grace and beauty to them.
