This studio session started off as a simple portrait session and quickly turned into a surprise proposal! We love how Musa came up with this sweet plan to propose and surprise his now-fiance Ester, and even more, we love how they got it all captured by Photography By Taiya!

While Ester was changing into her dress at the beginning of our session together, Musa whispered to me that he had a ring and was wanting to PROPOSE!!! Ester was shocked! She kept giggling and asking if the “ring was a prop” or “is this real life?” After she put the ring on, her face was pure joy and shock, such a precious and adorable reaction. Musa was also beaming with joy and grinning ear to ear. After the proposal, we continued to take photos and their smiles radiate from their images. Photography By Taiya
Ester had originally booked the photo session with photographer Taiya as her and Musa had been together four years and didn’t have any professional pictures together. Wow, was Ester in for a shock when she turned around midway through the session… talk about the best surprise ever!
