On February 14, 2019 at Chateau Lake Louise, Mr & Mrs Valentine were wed on a perfect winter day. Yes, The Valentines were married on Valentine’s Day – how perfect, right?!

The whole day was so romantic, starting with their “first touch”, where I captured them embracing one another and taking in the moment without opening their eyes. When Ian finally saw Kimberly walking down the aisle, the tears started flowing. After the heartfelt and emotional ceremony came a chilly but stunning photoshoot on Lake Louise, which was so worth the cold fingers and toes. Their special day was intimate, which meant I was able to photograph the couple with each of their loved ones in attendance, and we ended the evening with classic staircase portraits. I said my goodbyes afterwards, and Mr & Mrs Valentine walked through Chateau Lake Louise together back to their family and friends, where they danced the evening away.Kristyn Harder
