Everyone loves a good cocktail, and we love when couples choose to serve signature cocktails at their wedding!
Brontë Bride spent the day in the kitchen with Nicole Delaine Photography, experimenting and creating some tasty cocktails, so that we could share our favourites with all of you!
The sparkling Tropic
Ingredients:
• 3 parts Sparkling White Wine (or Prosecco)
• 1 part Grapefruit Juice
• 1 part Pineapple Juice
• Garnish with Mint Leaves and Grapefruit Wedges (and a pretty flower too if you like!)
the minty Mango Margarita
Ingredients:
• 1 part Mango Juice
• 1 part Sparkling Wine
• 1 part Lime Perrier (sparkling water)
• 1 oz Tequila
• 1/4 cup of cut Mango
• Garnish with Mint Leaves and a Lime Wedge
• Optional: 1 TSP of Fresh Lime Juice
Add more mango juice & sparkling wine for a sweeter cocktail, and use less if you’d rather have that classic margarita tequila taste!
So those were our two favourite cocktail creations for the day!
Hope you enjoy those recipes!
