welcome to the

This moody winter wedding inspiration reminds us of a Baroque era painting with touches of dusty blue, antique silver and charcoal gray. This Canmore styled shoot at A Bear & Bison Canadian Country Inn not only features a moody palette, but an atmosphere of heirloom elegance crafted by Day of Diva Planning & Coordination. Each vintage detail is artfully captured by Kirkwood Kin Photography, the talented eye behind this Baroque vision. Scroll through for a closer look and imagine your own winter intimate wedding at A Bear & Bison Canadian Country Inn.

From the Planner:

Marnie from Kirkwood Kin Photography and I worked side by side to bring this shoot to life. The dusty blue napkin was our starting point, which was followed by incorporating the wood elements from the venue, along with textured florals filled with berries, greenery and anemones. This shoot came together with an incredible couple who had to postpone their destination wedding three times in 2020 due to the pandemic. Our incredible vendor team got to give them an extra special day to celebrate their love and show them that love is not postponed. Day of Diva Planning & Coordination

Throughout this editorial are lovely monochromatic blooms in ivory and charcoal tones, with pops of eucalyptus and blue thistle, designed by Adventure Floral.

We love how Ceriti Design‘s Yoko gown, with its cropped lace capelet, pairs so well with the vintage-inspired plaid suit from Ed Williams Mens Wear. This 3 piece suit is the perfect menswear inspiration for grooms looking for sophisticated wedding day attire.
