Here at Brontë Bride, we love colour. And we love telling a story – whether it be a love story, editorial, or adventure – through colour. In fact, that’s why we started our True to Hue Series, to design, collaborate, educate, and inspire, using colour!
For this stunning Brontë Bride Editorial, our inspiration began with a conceptual colour palette. We wanted to create a colour story that combined both the softness of spring, and the subtlety of autumn; something that would be the perfect transition from spring to fall. Mustard became an obvious first choice, and from there we began to add dusty blue, blush, gray, and pale yellow to round out this versatile palette.
We designed wedding inspiration fit for the modern bride – who loves colour just as we do! Working with bright and organic floral designs from Chickweed Cottage, a flowy caped-gown from Alexandra Rose, and the beautifully curated Venue 308, we already knew this inspiration was going to be to die for. Genevieve Renee captured the true spirit of this day so magically, playing with light, movement and laughter. This palette truly became the perfect culmination of all the best tones of spring and fall.
