The scenic views characteristic of an Okanagan summer are the perfect backdrop for a cliffside ceremony and backyard reception. Captured by Kelowna Wedding Photographer Lyndsay, from Minted Photography, and designed by Cartier Studios, this real BC wedding embraces the intimacy of a small guest count with curated details and meaningful moments.

Melisent & Jaumell had an intimate elopement at Melisent’s family summer home in beautiful Kelowna BC. They were surrounded by all their closest friends and family as they exchanged their vows cliffside overlooking the beautiful lake below. Minted Photography

Advice from the couple:

Do what feels right for you and your partner. We decided to have a smaller wedding, and celebrate with extended family separately. Each celebration was so special, and we actually got to visit with all of our guests.

The bride’s mother is a potter and made all of the lovely vases, votive holders, and wine tags you see here, not only for wedding decor, but also to act as handmade favours for the guests to take home!
