A romantic beach wedding for the couple who values intimate connection, beautiful decor, nature-inspired styling, and wide open landscapes! The peaceful setting of Iona Beach showcases the natural landscape that neighbours the vibrant city of Vancouver, and all the beauty that the West Coast has to offer.
Thoughtfully curated and styled by Rebekah Brontë Designs, and captured by Vancouver local Julie Jagt Photography, this romantic beach wedding inspiration has so many stunning details you won’t want to miss! With an intimate tablescape set along the beach, and a stunning grounded floral arch that blends in seamlessly with surrounding nature, this organic meets modern wedding aesthetic will have you swooning.
Hanaki Floral created a wonderfully whimsical bouquet that blew gently in the ocean breeze, and a grounded floral arch that looked as if it was made to be there.
This intimate tablescape is set for 16, perfect for a lovely micro wedding dining experience along the beach. Natural elements found along the beach were used to contrast and complement the modern elements of the table decor, like the shimmering velvet linen, ghost chairs, and place setting rentals from Bespoke Decor.
From the Designer:
Romantic but still casual, this wedding attire was the perfect pairing for this oceanside location. The bride wore a nude-toned gown with the slightest bit of sparkle, and semi-sheer poofy sleeves (a trend we love!) to finish the look. The groom wore a casual linen suit to complement the bride’s look, and both went barefoot along the beach, making for the ultimate beach elopement attire! The bride’s natural beauty was enhanced by Allyssa Helm Beauty and Co. with sun-kissed makeup and hair in waves swept up into a chic low ponytail.
